S4 Activities

The ASPIRENorth team will work with you on 5 separate occasions this year.  You will take part in the following activities:

Study to Workplace Journeys

This interactive workshop will help you understand the links between the subjects you are studying at school and how you can use these to progress to college or university and the world of work. Help will be on hand from specialist Careers Advisers and graduate volunteers as you plan your journey.

Planning Ahead
This planning session will allow you to prepare for the residential experience you will take part in over Easter and help shape your 'Student Life Experience'.

Student Life Experience
This 3 day residential activity gives you the chance to visit a variety of Further and Higher Education institutions and stay in real student accommodation. You will also gain an insight into life as a student and the opportunities that higher education at university or college education can give you. To find out more on this experience click here

Plan for Action

Working with the ASPIRENorth team you will regularly participate in action planning sessions to help you achieve your goals. You will also benefit from an individual meeting towards the end of S4 to help you consider your options and plan ahead for the following year.

At exam result time the ASPIRENorth team will be on hand to celebrate your success and help with any queries.
